50 Lunges Plate

50 Kb Deadlift

50 Burpees

50 V-Ups

50 Back Extension

50 Gobelet Squat

50 GTOH Plate

200m Run at The top Of 2 minutes.

Start with 200 m Run.

Then complete as many Reps as possible until the two minutes are up.

Repeat untill all reps are completed.
